As days tick toward the Seanchan attack she knows is imminent, Egwene works to hold together the disparate factions of Aes Sedai while providing leadership in the face of increasing uncertainty and despair. Absolutely the best book in the series so far. I think this is my first 5-star rating in the entire series. The characters are written so much better than Jordan ever did. This was a page-turner from beginning to end.
